Starters:
• Fresh bread

• Olive oil seasoned with pink salt and black pepper

• Charcuterie and cheese board

• Fresh green salad

Paired with wine: Portas do Solar Reserva Branco (Douro)

Main Course:

• Almond rice

• Polenta -Brazil

• Slow-cooked oxtail paired with watercress
( It’s is a traditional dish from Northeast Brazil, where oxtail is slow-cooked until tender and paired with fresh, peppery watercress)

Paired with wine: Rapariga da Quinta Reserva Tinto (Alentejo)

Dessert:

• Romeo and Juliet ( cheese with Goiabada) - Brazil
Paired with wine: 10-Year Tawny Port
